Administering a person’s estate can be emotional if you were close to the person who has passed. It can also be quite stressful, as you are the person solely responsible for ensuring that the estate is administered and distributed in the correct way, to the right people and at the right time.

Fees

All fees for Wills and the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney are fixed. There are no hidden extras or hourly charges.

In respect of work completed in assisting you with administering an estate, we can do as much or as little as you would like. We can agree a fee before any work is undertaken or it may be that an hourly rate works better for you. We do not charge any percentages on the value of an estate.
