Administering An Estate/ Obtaining A Grant Of Probate

We deliver true results, focusing on strategic decisions and practical actions tailored to our clients' unique reality.

Administering a person’s estate can be emotional if you were close to the person who has passed. It can also be quite stressful, as you are the person solely responsible for ensuring that the estate is administered and distributed in the correct way, to the right people and at the right time.

If you would like to talk about the steps you need to take to administer the estate, so that you understand what you need to do, then please do contact us.

Maybe you would like help with valuing the estate, completing Inheritance Tax papers, applying for a Grant of Probate (because that’s what the bank has told you they need before they can close an account).

We are happy to help with the preparation of estate accounts that can be used to evidence what you have done to the beneficiaries.

Over the years we have helped families reduce their Inheritance tax bills by, £20k, £80k and £126k.  Thankfully, more and more of us are less likely to have to worry about Inheritance Tax, but when you do, it is always worth checking that you have completed the forms correctly and not paying any tax unnecessarily.
